NB; The port descends into the head at an angle of around 32degrees. To match this angle you will need to make a template which can be attached to the engine side of the flange to mark out the port shape, and then move this template to the other side of the flange to mark out the same shape but higher up.
If the material you've had the flanges made from is 8mm thick for example, you will need to position your template 5mm further up on the NON-ENGINE side of the flange.
Having done this, break out the files and get as straight a line as you can between the two sides of the flange.
Lastly, you'll need about 1m of 1 5/8" tube with a 16swg wall. Cut this to the correct angle and weld it on. There will be some bending of the wall required to get a perfect fit but this only applies to the top of the port....if you've got your angles right.
